About DR-Tulu

DR Tulu is an openly trained 8B deep research model based on Qwen-3. We are excited about its performance on DR benchmarks and are thrilled to share this research demo with you. However, we acknowledge that the model is still not perfect and can make mistakes — please provide feedback and let us know how we can make it better!

DR Tulu is provided by The Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (Ai2), and the model is available under the terms of the Apache-2.0 license. This research demo is an implementation of DR Tulu that is provided by the University of Washington (UW). The UW is solely responsible for the operation and maintenance of this research demo.

What You Promise

You agree not to submit any personal, sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information in your queries to DR Tulu. You agree that we may use your queries for AI training and scientific research. You can opt out of having your data used for training at any time by adjusting your consent preferences.

To use DR Tulu you only need to agree to the terms above. To help us improve DR Tulu and accelerate scientific discovery, please consider granting this optional permission: consent to the inclusion of your de-identified interactions (queries & responses) with DR Tulu in a public research dataset.
